Our local pickup service is available Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 – 19:30. We understand that you may have a busy schedule, and we have extended our hours to provide flexibility for our customers. Please ensure that you arrange a pickup time that is convenient for you within these hours.
Wait for a Confirmation Email
Once you have placed your order and selected the local pickup option, we will send you a confirmation email. Please wait for this email before attempting to pick up your order. We need time to process your order and prepare it for collection, and the confirmation email will let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
Bring Order Number or Email and ID
When you arrive to collect your order, please bring your order number or confirmation email, as well as a valid form of identification. This will help us to verify your identity and ensure that you are picking up the correct order.
